Conclusion
I believe that the hypothetical rank-size rule is not apparent in Cote D'Ivoire's largest urban areas. Instead, it seems that Cote D'Ivoire follows the Primate City rule as its largest city (Abidjan) has a grossly higher population than the following four most populated cities (Abobo, Bouaké, Daloa, San-Pédro).
